Nicholas Donnelly, Director of Photography

Nicholas Donnelly is a two-time Emmy-nominated Director of Photography and Producer with over 15 years of experience crafting cinematic visual stories for major platforms includingNational Geographic, Netflix, PBS, and Discovery and countless other clients.

With a foundation in classical fine arts and a passion for technical precision, Nicholas blends visual artistry with hands-on expertise to lead productions in the most demanding environments — from high-speed aerials to remote expedition shoots. His work spans branded campaigns, environmental documentaries, museum films, and interpretive storytelling with a sharp eye for both craft and narrative.

He spent over a decade as a Staff Cameraman and Equipment Manager at National Geographic Television & Film, where he filmed over 70+ domestic and  international documentaries and developed internal training programs in cinematography, lighting, DIT, and production workflows. He now leads Rapido & Sucio Digital Cinema, a boutique creative studio based in Washington, D.C., focused on elevated visuals and purpose-driven content.

Nicholas is a FAA-certified drone pilot, Phantom Flex 4K technician, and experienced cinematographer, known for balancing technical mastery with a collaborative, solution-oriented mindset on set.

When he’s not behind the lens, you can find him on his snowboard somewhere in the world, or hiking through the woods with his two wonderful Labrador retrievers.


Isabel Perez-Loehmann, Director and Producer

Isabel Perez-Loehmann is a powerhouse bilingual director and producer with a proven track record of leading projects that have reached millions across television and digital platforms. Born and raised in Guaynabo, Puerto Rico, Isabel served in the U.S. Air Force before studying Film and Television at George Mason University. She began her career at National Geographic, where she quickly rose to become Manager of Television Operations, overseeing more than 150 hours of programming annually.

Today, Isabel is known for crafting unforgettable content across television, digital platforms, and branded campaigns. From binge-worthy reality series and gripping true crime shows to feel-good food adventures and award-winning documentaries, she brings vision, heart, and precision to every project. Her work has aired on  MAX, Netflix, Disney+, PBS, TLC, Telemundo, National Geographic Channel, Amazon Prime, Food Network, Lifetime,HGTV, WeTV, Discovery, and more. She's also directed and produced branded work for global names like Starbucks, Walgreens, and Pfizer.

Most recently, she produced the season finale of Baylen Out Loud on TLC and directed the hit true crime series The Real Murders on Elm St. for MAX.

When she's not kicking butt on set, Isabel loves spending time with her husband Jeff and their two dogs, Chia and Chacha.
